Are you planning a vacation but are worried about if you are going to be able to get a good hotel to stay in? staying in a hotel while you and your family are on vacation is great but if you are wondering if you are going to have enough to stay in a great hotel room, stop. There is no need to worry about things like that because all you have to do is to look into hotel rooms before you even leave for your vacation. Checking into hotel rooms to see which will be cheaper for you will come in handy when you arrive. Here are a few suggestions that might help you when you are looking for great deals on hotel rooms.

If you are looking to get the best deal on your hotel room then you need to book your room ahead of time. If you have your trip already planned out, meaning if your trip is planned out 4 weeks before you head out, book your room at that time. Booking ahead of time is great because you can get a deal on the cost of the room. Normally, the hotel will give you a discount because they know that you are going to be there on the date you reserved your room.

Another way to get a lower rate on your room is to search the internet for discount codes or coupons. If you find any coupons, you can print them and use them when you are checking in.

If you are looking for a bed and breakfast in Stansted there are a few great places to consider all at reasonable prices. The following is a review of these three establishments: Warish Hall Farm, the Pleasant Cottage, and the Greenways Lodge at Stansted airport.

Warish Hall Farm is An Excellent Bed and Breakfast that is near Stansted Airport. The rooms sport a large and comfortable bed and a huge relaxing bath tub. It is less than 2 miles from Stansted airport so it is a great place to stay if you have an early morning flight or are between connecting flights. The building is an old manor house that dates all the way back to the 10th century. The grounds are beautifully landscaped and they serve a delicious English breakfast.

The Pleasant Cottage is located at Woodend Green in Henham Stansted. The rooms in this bed and breakfast are both cozy and full of charm. For breakfast you have a choice between either a full fried affair or more basic continental style breakfast. This B&B is well known by local taxi companies so you will have no problem getting back and forth from the airport.

The Greenways Lodge at Stansted Airport is something between a small hotel and a bed and breakfast. Children under the age of 12 stay free of charge if they use existing bedding. There is an extra charge for additional beds. Local activities include a golf course that’s 3 km away, hiking, fishing, horseback riding and cycling.

Stansted: Ryanair

If you haven’t heard of Ryanair yet, you’re missing out. Ryanair has gained a reputation all around Europe, as well as the world, as one of Europe’s premier low cost airline. In terms of sheer numbers of passengers, Ryanair is Europe’s largest airline. And in terms of the number of international passengers that Ryanair caters to, it is also the world’s largest airline. With hubs in both Dublin, Ireland and Stansted, England, Ryanair is a great choice to save money on your way to or through London Stansted airport.

Ryanair started out as, and still maintains the business model of, a low cost airline all across Europe. They service most of the continent very efficiently and have hubs in all of the major airports including Frankfurt, Barcelona, and Milan in addition to London and Dublin. Sometime in 2009 the airline plans to start new routes that service long distances such as trips to the United States. They plan to expand their routes while still maintaining their low cost air-fare business model. Currently, Ryanair is the best way to travel through Europe for cheap. But, the cheap cost airline does have a few drawbacks that includes a very “limited” flight. This means that unlike the other airlines that offer full course meals and luxuries aboard, Ryanair, in order to keep prices low, cuts cost in the amenities department. But, in terms of service and reliability, flying Ryanair is a very convenient way to move around Europe by avoiding large London hubs such as Heathrow and Gatwick while still getting where you need to go.
